Tata steel has recently announced a cut in the list price of rebar (Fe500 D, 12-32mm) by around INR 1,500/t ($20/t) for Dec’21 delivery. The revised price stands at around INR 59,000-59,500/t ($782-789/t) exy-Delhi, excluding GST at 18%.
Trade channel checks suggested that the steel major is offering an INR 1,500/t ($20/t) rebate on the price.
