Vedanta (FACOR) conducted a ferro chrome auction on 2 Dec-21. The entire quantity on offer received marginally higher bids than the market price of INR 110,000/t exw-Jajpur. The auction was concluded at an H1 price of INR 111,400/t for 10-150mm HC ferro chrome. SteelMint assessed HC ferro chrome at above INR 116,000 a week back. Prices have dropped 5%, w-o-w.
