South Africa: Iron ore export shipments increase by 20% in Nov’21

South African iron ore exports increased to 5.15 mn t in Nov’21 from 4.30 mn t in Oct, SteelMint’s vessel line up data shows.

• China’s iron ore imports were recorded at 2.83 mn t in Nov, up over 50% m-o-m.
• S. Africa’s exports to India picked up 0.39 mn t in Nov from 0.21 mn t in Oct. Exports to India resumed in Oct after nine months.
