Induction furnace rebar prices remained under pressure today due to weak buying enquiries, especially from the retail segment along with diminishing semi-finished steel movement. Rebar prices corrected by INR 200-700/t in the major supply centres, whereas in a few other markets prices stayed firm, although trade discounts were offered, as shared by sources.
