India: Flat steel exports fall by 18% on month in Oct’21

Flat steel exports from India fell by 18% to 0.81 mn t in Oct’21 versus 0.98 mn t in Sep, as per SteelMint data.

• HRC/plate exports stood at 468,214 t, down 10% m-o-m
• Export volumes of CRC were at 57,435 t, while galvanised steel exports reached 240,671 t.
• Belgium, Italy, Vietnam, and the UAE were the top export destinations
