International Rebar Exporters and Producers Association (IREPAS) has forecast that demand in the global long steel market will remain healthy in 2022, with the demand-supply situation getting back to normal in the EU. This situation will continue for the rest of 2022. Steel demand is on the rise globally except China where credit squeeze has impacted the property sector and demand for longs.
