Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Bellary fell by INR 500/t, while C-DRI prices declined by INR 400/t on 3 Nov’21. Falling coal and billet prices are weighing on sponge iron prices. Also, unclear market directions are resulting in postponement of buying.
- Around 600 t of P-DRI deals were confirmed at INR 32,200-32,300/t and 500 t of C-DRI deals happened at INR 33,400/t ($479/t) exw.
