NMDC produced 3.33 mn t of iron ore in Oct’21, up 24% m-o-m. Sales picked up 31% on the month to 3.58 mn t in Oct. The total output in FY’22 (Apr-Oct) has been recorded at 21.04 mn t and sales at 22.08 mn t. NMDC clocked iron ore output of more than 34 mn t in FY’21 from mines in Chhattisgarh and Karnataka.
