One of China’s leading steel producers and the country’s largest private steel enterprise, Shagang Steel, has cut construction steel prices by RMB 600/t ($93.75) for early-Nov’21 sales. Below are revised prices which will come into effect from 1 Nov.
- Rebar (16-25mm): RMB 5,550/t ($867)
- Wire rod (6-10mm): RMB 5,660/t ($884)
- Coiled rebar (8-10mm): RMB 5,750/t ($898)
Prices are on ex-mill basis, including tax
