India: SAIL schedules 7,000 t commercial rails auction from BSP

State-owned Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction for 7,000 t (60 kg) full length commercial rails from Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in Chhattisgarh on 2 Nov’21. At the previous SAIL-BSP rails auction held on 21 Oct, buyers booked 10,000 t (60 kg) rails at a weighted average price of INR 42,720/t exw, as per SteelMint reports.
