India: Maruti Suzuki’s profit up 8% on quarter in Q2 FY’22

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) announced its Jul-Sept’21 quarter results today. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) moved up 8% in Q2 FY’22.

• In Q2 FY’22, Maruti registered sales at 379,541 units – higher by 7%, q-o-q.
• Operating EBITDA reported in Q2 was up 27% on the quarter.
