India: SAIL-DSP to auction 700 t of pig iron on 28 Oct

PSU steelmaker Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction for 700 t of steel grade pig iron from the Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) in West Bengal. Bidders are required to submit bids by 28 Oct’21. SteelMint’s daily assessment for steel grade pig iron stood at INR 45,800/t exw-Durgapur on 23 Oct.
