South 32 manganese ore output up 7% on year in Q3 CY’21

South 32 achieved 7% increase in manganese production, with a quarterly record at South Africa Manganese and a strong start to the year at Australia Manganese. South African Manganese ore production increased by 12% to a record 668 kt in Q3 CY’21 due to higher volumes from the Mamatwan mine. Australian Manganese ore production increased by 4% to 897 kt supported by higher yield.
