South African iron ore lump import offers have increased due to the recovery in global iron ore prices. The current assessment for imported lump (Fe 65%) stands at $140/t CNF Kandla, up $15/t over the past two weeks. Global iron ore fines (Fe 62%) prices increased to $124/t CNF China on 21 Oct’21. The spot iron ore lump premium increased to $0.2200/dmtu this week.
