- Ferrous scrap Import prices into Turkey have risen further by around $15-20/t in a deal heard recently.
- A Baltic-origin scrap cargo containing 32,000 t of HMS 1&2 (80:20) was booked at $502/t CFR, while 3,000 t of bonus scrap was booked at $522/t CFR.
- The cargo was booked by a steel mill based in the Mediterranean region, as per sources.
