Tata Steel has announced another hike of around INR 750/t ($10) for Oct’21 deliveries effective from 15 Oct. Effective prices after the hike stand at INR 67,500/t ($899) exy-Faridabad for HRC and INR 75,500/t ($1,005) exy-Faridabad for CRC. Prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. Tata Steel has increased prices on cost push due to rising coking coal prices and the recent surge in trade reference prices.
