India: CRCA scrap prices remain supportive on healthy semi-finished deals

Cold-rolled close annealed (CRCA) scrap prices saw a positive price trend following improvement in trade volumes of semi-finished steel across major markets on a d-o-d basis. The northern region saw a hike of INR 700/t, while in the western region, prices gained marginally by INR 200/t. Trade participants expect that near-term price range may remain range bound, SteelMint notes.
