JSW Steel subsidiary JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd. has recorded crude steel production at 0.13 mn t in Q2 against 0.14 mn t in Q1FY’22. Production fell mainly due to shutdown of the power plant in Chhattisgarh for maintenance, which impacted production at Raipur, and the shutdown of a blast furnace for three days for maintenance and stabilisation of a slab caster at Raigarh.
