SAIL-BSP held an auction for 3,950 t of cast iron skull, ingot mould, and iron scrap on 11 Oct’21. Buyers booked the entire quantity of CI-skull at INR 38,050/t, ingot mould at INR 42,750/t, and iron scrap (with recovery rate of more than 90%) at INR 43,600/t. One lot of iron scrap was also booked at INR 39,000/t, as per SteelMint reports.
