The worsening coal supply situation in China and the nation’s energy control policy has forced 20 Chinese provinces to announce power cuts, as per latest reports available with CoalMint. China International Capital Corporation has already raised the upper limit of electricity price from 10% to 20% in order to mitigate the operating pressure of coal-fired power plants.
