Prices of iron ore concentrates (Fe 63%) in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur have fallen by INR 400-500/t, w-o-w. SteelMint’s assessment for Fe 63% concentrates stands at INR 5,200-5,300/t exw. A 10,000 t deal was heard at INR 5,000/t, loaded by a central India-based player. Falling bids and prices at SAIL’s recent Bolani iron ore fines auction and price cuts by NMDC have resulted in a decline in prices.
