Japan: Kanto scrap tender scheduled for 12 Oct’21

Japan’s monthly Kanto Tetsugen scrap export tender has been scheduled for 12 Oct’21, trader sources informed SteelMint.
Nearly 20,000 t of Japanese H2 scrap is usually auctioned via the Kanto export tender every month, which serves as the benchmark for the Japanese scrap export market.
Last month, the tender was awarded at an average price of JPY 46,260/t FAS.
