About 3,400 t of billets were sold by Ramgarh, Jharkhand-based manufacturers on ex-plant basis.
About 1,700 t of billets (low-carbon, patra grade) were confirmed sold at INR 47,200/t to Mandi Gobindgarh in Punjab. However, sellers later increased offers by INR 200/t to INR 47,400 exw.
The remaining 1,700 t of billets were sold in the local market and nearby regions at INR 47,000-47,200/t exw.
