- Ferrous scrap import prices recorded in deals concluded by leading global seaborne scrap consumer, Turkey, have increased by around $5-10/t, sources informed SteelMint.
- A US-origin cargo was booked by a Turkish steel mill comprising HMS 1&2 (80:20) at a price of $443/t CFR. Shredded and bonus scrap were booked at around $458/t CFR levels.
