SAIL held an auction for 3,020 t of iron scrap (Fe 85-90%) from Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) on 30 Sep’21. Buyers booked the whole quantity at a weighted average price of INR 41,000/t exw. The bid price increased by INR 3,850/t. At the previous auction on 20 Sep, 5,120 t of iron scrap was booked at a weighted average price of INR 37,150/t exw.
