Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Ltd. (SMIORE) conducted an auction for 9,378 t of manganese ore for different grades (Mn 20-48%) on 28 Sep’21 on the MSTC platform. Around 5,859 t was booked at 9.70% higher than the base price. One lot of 3,528 t of low-grade manganese ore (Mn 20-22%) remained unsold. Auctions volumes remained low as production was hampered in Bellary due to heavy rains.
