China’s high carbon (HC) ferro chrome production fell by 18.46% to 398,100 t in Sep’21 as against 488,200 t in Aug. Decline in production was mainly because of power restrictions owing to China’s dual energy control targets in the main ferro chrome producing regions. Production of HC ferro chrome went down 22.29%, y-o-y, in the Jan-Sep’21 period.
