Raipur, Chhattisgarh-based Real Ispat and Power Ltd. (GK TMT) has raised rebar offers today by INR 1,000/t. In the last couple of days, the company’s rebar offer surged around INR 2,200/t. The current offer for Fe 500D grade rebar (10-25 mm) stands at INR 49,500/t exw. The sharp rally in prices is mainly due to rising billet and sponge iron prices in the region.
