India’s ferrous scrap import market witnessed a fall in prices. No deals were concluded recently due to tight availability of raw material as prices of finished steel impacted the scrap market.
- UK/EU-origin shredded stands at $515/t CFR Nhava Sheva, down $5/t against last week.
- Dubai-origin HMS (80:20) offers are at $455/t CFR, down $3/t compared to last week.
- West Africa-origin HMS (80:20) stands at $440-445/t CFR.
