The European Commission has announced a definitive anti-dumping (AD) duty on cold-rolled stainless steel imports from China and Taiwan, following the expiry of the original duty order. The expiry review started in Aug’20 after a complaint by Eurofer and covered the period from 1 Jul’19 to 30 Jun’20. The definitive anti-dumping duty stood in the range of 24.4%-25.3% for Chinese and 0%-6.8% for Taiwanese companies.
