Electric resistance welded (ERW) patra-based pipe prices remain unchanged on dull demand, as per latest updates. Current offers for base grade ERW pipes (41-60 OD) are assessed at INR 50,600/t exw-Raipur and INR 52,500/t exw-Mandi. Prices do not include GST at 18%. “Sales of patra pipes are slow in the domestic market”, a Raipur-based pipe manufacturer informed SteelMint.
