China: Shagang lifts re-bar prices by $23/t for end-Sep

China’s Shagang Steel has increased re-bar prices by RMB 150/t ($23) for late-Sep’21 sales, while keeping wire rod and coiled re-bar prices unchanged for the period. The new list prices are effective from 21 Sep.

• Re-bar (16-25mm): RMB 5,850/t ($905)
• Wire rod (6-10mm): RMB 5,910/t ($914)
• Coiled re-bar (8-10mm): RMB 6,000/t ($928)

All prices are on ex-mill basis.
