India: South African capesize coal vessels booked for arrival in Oct’21

In two confirmed deals heard for capesize vessels, sale of South African RB2 (5500 NAR) grade thermal coal has been confirmed at a discount of $19/t, while RB3 (4800 NAR) grade has been booked at a discount of $34/t. The vessels are set to arrive at Mangalore and Kandla ports in Oct. The index price for RB1 (6000 NAR) is assessed at $160/t.
