South African iron ore lump import offers have decreased, tracking the slide in global iron ore prices. The assessment for lump (Fe 65%) stands at $120/t CNF Kandla. Benchmark global iron ore fines (Fe 62%) prices have decreased by $20/t, w-o-w, to $113/t CNF China on 16 Sep. The spot iron ore lump premium fell from $0.1/dry mtu last week to $0.0305/dmtu this week.
