JSW Steel has cut iron ore offers by around INR 2,000-2,500/t, m-o-m, sources informed SteelMint. The decline in iron ore offers by Odisha merchant miners and fall in domestic pellet prices are keeping iron ore prices under pressure. The revised prices are:
- Iron ore lump (5-18mm, Fe 62% crushed) is at INR 11,400/t
- Iron ore lump (10-40mm, Fe 62% crushed) is at INR 11,200/t
- Iron ore fines (Fe 62%) stand at INR 5,300/t
- Prices are ex-mines that include royalty, DMF and NMET and the offers are subject to availability of material.
