Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Karnataka’s Bellary have moved up by INR 50/t on 31 Aug’21. However, sponge C-DRI prices remained flat in today’s trade, as per SteelMint reports.
The assessment for Bellary sponge C-DRI stands at INR 29,900/t ($410). While a few bids have been reported at around INR 29,700/t, about 1,300 t of deals were confirmed at INR 29,800-30,000/t exw.
Also, about 3,100 t of P-DRI deals were reported at INR 28,200/t against offers at INR 28,400-28,500/t exw. Trade volumes increased by 72%, d-o-d. Most of the deals were concluded for the Hyderabad region.
