Switzerland-based mining giant Glencore has acquired 100% ownership of the Rolleston thermal coal mine in Australia’s Queensland, as per latest reports. The mine has coal reserves of 600 mn t and mainly produces 5470 kcal/kg grade coal. The output from the mine last year was recorded at 12.5 mn t.
