China’s power generation up 9.6% y-o-y in Jul’21

According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, China’s power generation has increased 9.6% y-o-y to 758.6 billion kWh in Jul’21. In the Jan-July’21 period, power generation stood at 4,645 billion kWh, a y-o-y increase of 13.2%, a rise of 12.2% over the same period in 2019, and an average increase of 5.9% over the course of two years.
