One of the largest steel mills in China, Shougang Steel has rolled over hot-rolled coil (HRC) prices for the base grade for Sept’21 deliveries (till further notice), SteelMint learnt from sources in China. The list price stands unchanged at RMB 6,850/t ($1,070), excluding taxes. Shougang Steel’s installed capacity is around 30 mn t/year.
