Induction furnace rebar prices in the major markets fluctuated by INR 100-200/t d-o-d except in Hyderabad where prices fell sharply by INR 800/t owing to dull spot trading. A few western India-based manufacturers raised offers owing to slight improvement in buying enquiries; whereas in other regions TMT prices fluctuated depending on the movement of billet prices and demand in the spot market, sources reported.
