Integrated steel producer, ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), has announced a roll over in list prices of HRC and CRC for Aug’21, SteelMint learnt from sources. The company has withdrawn the existing rebate of around INR 1,000/t in HRC, which had been offered in Jul to trigger domestic buying interest. Current prices:
- HRC stands at INR 67,500-68,000/t ($910-917/t)
- CRC stands at INR 82,000-83,000/t ($1,106-1,119/t)
- Prices are on exy-Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%.
