Prakash Industries has emerged winner for the Bhaskarpara coal block by quoting a final bid of 55.75% on final day of commercial coal mining auctions. The block was heavily contested among the end-users for which Godavari Power and Sunflag were also in contention. Auction for the remaining Burakhap block is still underway with a total of 5 bidders going head-to-head in order to secure the block.
