A couple of B grade mines namely B. Rudra Gouda and Praveen Chandra located in the state of Karnataka are to offer Iron ore through e-auction, on May 31 at 11:00 am.
A total of 12,000 MT for fines and 116,000 MT of lumps will be on offer.
Inspection of the material is to take place from May 25 to 30.

From B. Rudra Gouda mines
Iron ore fines (Fe 62.5-63) 12,000 MT at Rs 2,700
Iron ore lumps (Fe 58-60) 12,000 MT at Rs 2,950
Iron ore lumps (Fe 62-63) 12,000 MT at Rs 3,990
From Praveen Chandra mines
Iron ore lumps (Fe 62-63) 52,000 MT at Rs 4,200
Iron ore lumps (Fe 61-62) 28,000 MT at Rs 4,040
Iron ore lumps (Fe 65-66) 12,000 MT at Rs 4,450
Royalty 10%, VAT 5.5% (on auction price and royalty), FDT 12% are applicable.
