Taiwan: CSC’s steel production drops 2.6% y-o-y in H1 CY’21

China Steel Corporation (CSC), the leading steel company of Taiwan, has posted a 2.6% decline in carbon steel sales to 4.92 mn t in H1 CY’21 as against 5.05 mn t in the Jan-Jun’20 period, as per a company release. Steel sales in Jun stood at 806,081 t, down by 2% m-o-m.
