India: Kandla mill scale prices inch up on tight supply

Domestic mill scale prices in Kandla kept rallying this week on tight material availability, SteelMint learnt from sources. For exports, price realisations further increased to around INR 10,500-10,700/t on FoB basis.

• Domestic mill scale is assessed at INR 9,300-9,500/t DAP Kandla, higher by INR 800/t on week.
• Prices in Raipur are stable. The current assessment for Fe 70/68% grade stands at INR 8,000-8,100/t exw.
