State-owned steel producer SAIL had floated export tender for 13,500 t-16,200 t of MS non-alloy HRC from Bokaro Steel Plant (BSP) in Jharkhand, bids reportedly have fallen below expectations of around $820-825/t FoB levels, as per SteelMint reports. The tender is still under negotiations*. Mills have slashed list prices last week by around INR 2,000/t for domestic HRC sales as low demand and limited export offers are weighing on prices.
