Australian premium low-volatile hard coking coal prices increased by $5/t to $206/t FoB, amid concerns over limited spot availability coupled with sustained demand in ex-China Asian markets. A transaction of 75,000 t of Peak Downs Australian coal was concluded at $207/t FOB, for mid-Aug’21 delivery.
