Indian mill books 25,000 t re-bar for export market

An integrated Indian steel mill has been reported to have booked an export parcel of 25,000 t of re-bar to Hong Kong at around $720-725/t CFR level (on actual weight basis) for Jul-end or early-Aug’21 shipments. SteelMint learnt that there were about three-four parcels (25,000 t each) offered by other private mills for Aug’21 shipments.
