Chinese steelmaker Shagang Steel has slashed rebar prices by RMB 100/t ($15) for the remainder of Jun’21, as per the company’s list prices announced on 21 Jun’21. Wire rod and coiled rebar prices have been rolled over for the month.
- Rebar (16-25mm) prices are at RMB 5,100/t ($790)
- Price of coiled rebar (8-10mm) stands at RMB 5,700/t ($883)
- Prices of wire rod (6.5mm) are at RMB 5,610/t ($869)
All prices are on ex-mill basis, including taxes.
