The Directorate of Mines, Odisha, has requested the President of CSM Technologies Pvt Ltd to disable the system for generating e-pass. The letter states that, as per MDPA format, the dispatches made by the auctioned lessees till the end of the year will be assessed on the basis of minimum dispatch requirements. In order to fetch the data at midnight on the day the grant of lease completes one year, the system generating e-pass is required to be frozen for one full hour in order to send data to different reporting modules, the letter states.
